Welcome to PostCraze. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the PostCraze platform at postcraze.com. By using PostCraze, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
1. What PostCraze Does
PostCraze is a social media scheduling and publishing platform. It allows you to:
- Connect your social media accounts (Twitter/X, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, Threads)
- Compose and customize posts for each platform
- Upload images and videos as media attachments
- Publish immediately or schedule posts for a specific date and time
- Track publishing status and results from your dashboard
2. Your Content, Your Control
You own everything you create. PostCraze does not claim any ownership or rights over the content you write, the images you upload, or the posts you publish.
- We only publish content that you explicitly choose to post — by clicking "Publish Now" or "Schedule Post"
- We never post anything on your behalf without your direct action
- We never modify your content — what you write is exactly what gets posted
- We never use your content for marketing, training, or any other purpose
- You can delete any scheduled post at any time before it publishes
3. Social Media Platform Rules
When you publish through PostCraze, your content goes to third-party platforms. Each platform has its own rules:
Twitter / X
Posts are published via the Twitter API. You must comply with the Twitter Terms of Service. Character limits (280), media requirements, and content policies are enforced by Twitter.
Posts are published via the LinkedIn API. You must comply with the LinkedIn User Agreement. Professional content standards apply.
Photos, videos, and reels are published via the Instagram Graph API (Meta). You must comply with Instagram's Terms of Use. Image aspect ratio requirements (4:5 to 1.91:1) and content policies are enforced by Instagram.
YouTube
Videos are uploaded via the YouTube Data API v3. You must comply with the YouTube Terms of Service. Video format requirements and community guidelines are enforced by YouTube.
Threads
Posts are published via the Threads API (Meta). You must comply with Threads' Supplemental Terms.
PostCraze is not responsible for any actions taken by these platforms regarding your content or account, including content removal, account restrictions, or API limitations.
4. Account Requirements
- You must be at least 13 years old to use PostCraze
- You must sign in with a valid Google account
- You are responsible for keeping your account secure
- You must not create accounts for fraudulent or abusive purposes
- You must have proper authorization for any social media accounts you connect
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use PostCraze to:
- Publish spam, misleading, or deceptive content
- Post illegal, harmful, abusive, or hateful content
- Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
- Violate any platform's terms of service or community guidelines
- Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity
- Attempt to hack, disrupt, or abuse the service
- Exceed rate limits or use automated scripts beyond intended use
6. Service Availability
We work hard to keep PostCraze reliable, but we cannot guarantee 100% uptime. Scheduled posts may be affected by platform API outages, rate limits, or technical issues. We are not liable for failed or delayed posts. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of any publishing failures.
7. Data and Privacy
We take your privacy seriously. Please read our Privacy Policy for full details. Key points:
- We do not retain your content after publishing
- We do not sell your data
- We encrypt OAuth tokens at rest
- You can disconnect any platform and delete your account at any time
8. Limitation of Liability
PostCraze is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:
- Failed, delayed, or duplicate posts
- Content removed by social media platforms
- Account restrictions imposed by platforms
- Loss of data due to technical failures
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
9. Termination
You may delete your account at any time from your settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Upon termination:
- Your data will be deleted per our Privacy Policy
- Scheduled posts will be cancelled
- Content already published to platforms will remain on those platforms
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted here with an updated date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
